Care Connect

Care Connect manages the phone system for businesses whose “who is on call right now” answer changes week to week. Instead of rewiring a phone tree every time the rota moves, the schedule is the routing.

It sits on top of Twilio and handles the parts that are tedious to build and easy to get wrong: the schedule, the fallbacks when nobody answers, and the record of what actually happened on each call.
